Hi, I’m Aida.
Currently, I lead service design and research projects at Intuit. I get most excited working collaboratively with product and design teams to craft useful and usable human-centric experiences. I’ve been lucky to work with incredible teams and clients such as Economic and Social Development Canada, Manitoba Hydro, Taking IT Global, Right To Play, WE Charity, Honda, and Interac.

Coming from an international development background, ethnography was my first love. While I don’t get the chance so much these days to do international fieldwork, I bring the skills I developed there to user interviews, usability, field site visits, and co-creation workshops.
Qualitative Methods

I bring a diverse quant tool kit to scale, validate, and test findings, and to conduct research at scale.

Complex problems can’t rely on a product lens alone to solve: this is where service design comes in, to help us see the bigger picture and design across multiple teams and touchpoints.

I use research ops to improve the efficiency and quality of research teams’ work, as well as empowering non-researchers to ask and answer the right questions.
